We deliver orders across Egypt through Mylerz, our official logistics partner. Orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 2–3 business days in Greater Cairo, 3–4 days in Alexandria and Delta, and 4–5 days in Upper Egypt. Shipping fees are shown at checkout, and tracking information may be provided by Mylerz once the order is dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has delivery issues, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@tinkerseg.com or 01280180188. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, and unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us.
